Why PRISM TECH exists

Most people bring a broken computer to a repair shop and have no idea what they're paying for, whether the diagnosis is accurate, or whether the technician actually knows what they're doing.

PRISM TECH was built to fix that. We diagnose free so you know the cost before you commit. We explain the problem in plain language. We price fairly — below the big chains, without cutting corners.

The name PRISM is deliberate. A prism takes something ordinary — a beam of light — and reveals everything hidden inside it. We do the same for your device: look past the symptom and find what's actually wrong.

Joseph started PRISM TECH with one clear goal: give people a repair shop they can actually trust. With 10 years working on computers of every kind, he has seen almost every failure mode a machine can throw at you — and fixed most of them. He runs every job personally and won't sign off on a repair until he's satisfied it's right. When you deal with PRISM TECH, you're dealing with someone who cares about the outcome, not just the invoice.
